Addition of Darlene Pasieczny to the Firm
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Banks Law Office PC is pleased to announce the addition of Darlene Pasieczny to the firm.
Ms. Pasieczny is a recent graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, where she specialized in business law with an emphasis in tax, business succession and estate planning. As a law clerk, she assisted in civil litigation and fiduciary malpractice matters. Pasieczny will now focus on corporate and securities law issues, FINRA arbitration, and legal malpractice cases.

Pasieczny has a background in the arts, and is a supporter of Portland’s cultural organizations and local artists. She graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School with a J.D. (magna cum laude) in 2012, from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences with an M.A. in Art History in 2003, and from Reed College with a B.A. in Art History in 2001. She lives in the Portland area with her spouse Walt and their dog Sputnik.
